Management Trainee Program: Full Time

The Management Trainee Program is our flagship program targeting master’s degree holders from the top business schools in the country to help groom the future leaders of the company. Management trainees rotate across different business functions to get a comprehensive understanding of the India business and align to management roles in Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Human Resources.

Program Duration: 12 months

  • Induction: 15 days
  • Front Line Sales Stint: 6 months
  • Sales Force Effectiveness Stint: 3 months
  • Marketing Stint: 3 months
  • Final Placement in Marketing, PMO, Sales Force Effectiveness or Sales
Operations Professional Development Program: Full Time

The Operations Professional Development Program is a global rotation program designed to offer real-world experiences while promoting personal and professional growth in areas which include materials management and supply chain, operations supervision, project management and purchasing. Master’s degree holders in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering are ideal for this program.

Program Duration: 36 months

  • APAC Induction: 3 days
  • Technical Rotation: 1st Year
  • Supervisory Rotation: 2nd Year
  • Global Operations Excellence Rotation: 3rd Year
  • Final Placement in Supply Chain, Quality or Manufacturing Roles
The Post Graduate Trainee Program

The Post Graduate Trainee Program nurtures talent in manufacturing by providing opportunities to work in an Operations excellence culture with exposure to the shop floor at our manufacturing plants. Master’s degree holders in Pharmacy get an orientation on Good Manufacturing Practices, Regulatory concepts and drive compliance.

Regulatory Assistant

Role: will be responsible for compilation and registration products (formulaton) in semi-regulated market, Should be familiar with ICH guidelines and accordingly review, compile and submit documents with Regulated in a scheduled time frame.

Desired profile: Should have good command in spoken and written English language and be familiar with basic pharmaceutical concepts of formulation stability and chemistry

QA/QC Executive

Role: Will be responsible fro responsive for compilation and quality testing of formulations. Proactive review of documents and data generation.

Desired Profile: Candidate should have good communication, presentation skills, be hard working, have sufficient computer skills, Candidate should be familiar with basic pharmaceutical concepts of formulation, analysis and chemistry.

Computer Assistant

Role: Will be responsible for compilation and quality testing of formulations. Proactive review of documents and data generation.

Desired Profile: Candidate should have good coummication, presentation skills, be hard working, have sufficient computer skills. Candidate should be familiar with basic pharmaceutical concepts of formulation.
